Open Enrollment occurs each year from November 1st through January 15th.  If you don't enroll during this time, you may have to wait until the next year to enroll again, unless you have a Special Election Period.

Did you miss Open Enrollment or have a life change during the year?  You many still be eligible to enroll.  Check to see if you have a Qualifying Life Event such as loss of Medical Assistance or employer coverage, change in residence or marriage.
